On June 24, 2017 at 7pm, the Center for Ageless Living will celebrate its tenth annual Field to Food event, “Somethin’ Pigs Happening”, on its campus at 3216 Hwy. 47 South, Los Lunas, N.M.
“This year the menu features Roasted Pig ‘Delicious’ raised by Hanako Farms and local Pears from S.Bear Farms in Valencia County” states Suzette Lindemuth, Director of the Center for Ageless Living. Five Leaf Organics is the only certified organic garden in the USA that is associated with an assisted living program. “The Field to Food event is about honoring local foods that are produced within a 100 mile radius of the Center. We believe that local foods and healthy eating habits are one of the main factors to successful ageing”.
